Online Breeders Cup Betting - Breeders Cup Juvenile Fillies

Posted by Brian Mulligan on 10/1/2012 6:25:28 PM

What: Juvenile Fillies Preview
Where: Santa Anita
When: Friday, November 2

This will be first of several Breeders’ Cup preview pieces and hopefully online sports betting site players can glean some important information from the following.

The best 2-year-old fillies in the world will pit skills in the mile and a sixteenth Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies and with a cool million to be distributed all of the contenders will try to match the accomplishements of Bob Baffert’s student Executiveprivilege.

No mistakes in the first 5 races for this gal who has won three Graded races so far including the Grade 1 Del Mar Debutante and the Chandelier Stakes at Santa Anita. Her Beyers have not been through the roof, but she has improved in every single race and she was visusally impressive last weekened in the swinging Chandelier.

The pedigree is there for her to thrive as all 6 siblings have won including half sister and stakes placed runner Profit. And her dam carried her speed successfully going 9 furlongs on turf.

Cut out to run as a $650,000 purchase, she has lived up to her horse betting expectations so far.

As one would expect Todd Pletcher will be well represented in this race by Kauai Katie, who was bet like a good thing in her debut and won by a dozen with a 100 Beyer. She proved it was no fluke by taking the Grade 2 Adirondack at Saratoga showing sub :22 speed but over only 4 rivals.

The blood is there too as her dam took a stakes and banked over $200K and her kin Winding Way won her first three starts and earned nearly $165,000.

Peter Miller has a pair pointed for this event in Heir Kitty, who just chased Executiveprivilege and Speedinthruthecity, a runner-up in the Grade 3 Sorrento.

Beholder is one quick lady. She lost a heart break two back when facing the Baffert star but she is in the right hands of Hall of Fame trainer Richard Mandella, who won 4 BC races on the same day a few seasons ago. Beholder also has a nice pedigree as top kin Into Mischief won routing and banked over $600,000.

Salamera won her first two races at Calder and proved it was no fluke when she ran big in the Grade 2 Adirondack at Saratoga. That day she lost to the 2 for 2 Kauai Katie, who recorded a 100 Beyer in her racing debut.

Salamera also comes from a nice family as three in the clan banked over $225,000 a piece.

Fully Living likes to get the most of her life and she will if she can succeed on BC Day. This gal is learning as she goes on but she just was handled with ease by Dreaming of Julia, an absolute freak so far.

Julia opened up her career winning by 10 and a half-lengths as the 2-5 favorite at Saratoga and then really stepped it up. She made it two for two taking an $83,000 stakes at Belmont early this month by an extremely impressive 16 and a quarter lengths.

Sure, it was a small field and she controlled the pace and the outcome but she has the pedigree to thrive. She is the first from her classy dam Dream Rush, who had blazing speed, won multiple Grade 1s, and in her only route attempt was only beaten a length when clear of the third horse for fun. She went on to bank nearly $800,000.

There is a long way to go but these ladies figure to be tough. Good luck with your online betting.
